Te Hiringa Fusion of Traditional Maori Movement with Hip Hop
A superb opportunity for students to learn the art of Taiaha and Toroparawai from a master tutor, exploring Māori movement and hip hop to create contemporary Māori dance. Students will have the opportunity to develop ideas in dance and create their own choreography under the expert guidance of Piripi Christie.
These exciting and fun workshops will challenge students and support their learning while helping them to build team skills and self-confidence through working together.
This workshop can also be delivered in Te Reo if required.
