
The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) has been inspiring the world to dance for over 100 years. We are passionate about the transformative power of dance and its ability to enrich lives. Through a global network of dedicated teachers, we support and connect a community of more than 400,000 students and dancers of all ages and abilities in over 80 countries.
In New Zealand, we have over 200 registered and student teachers, with 69 based in the Auckland and Northland region.
We are currently seeking an Area Organiser for the Auckland and Northland area. This is a contract-for-services position, working from home to support RAD registered teachers with the programme of exams, and to help coordinate and promote RAD events and training courses in the region.
The role offers flexible hours, ranging from approximately 10 to 50 hours per month. It would ideally suit an organised and outgoing individual with an interest in dance or the arts. Essential qualities include strong communication, relationship management, and organisational skills, along with good computer literacy and reliability.
