Royal New Zealand Ballet Education Programme
The Royal New Zealand Ballet are strong advocates for making dance accessible and creating a platform in which the wider community can develop their understanding and appreciation for dance. This comes in the form of the RNZB Education Programme where the general public, schools and dancers can actively engage and learn about the industry.
This programme has three categories:
The Community
There programme has an array of activities and opportunities for members of the public to engage in. These include behind the scene tours, forums, Q&A panels and the chance to receive discounted season tickets.

Schools
A range of dance workshops for both students and teachers can be arranged for schools, these workshops are tailored to the NZ learning curriculum. As well as workshops there is a list of learning resources which can be purchased and downloaded from the RNZB site, NCEA based resources are included.

Dancers
For dancers classes for dance professionals, youth and general dance students are available. There is also an opportunity for dance students to be mentored by a RNZB dancer, this is free by application.
