Filoi Vaila’au

Filoi holds a Bachelor in Pacific Performing Arts (University of Auckland). She teaches Samoan dance to children in Auckland at local primary schools and at community level. Filoi has taught at AUT and at the Tertiary Dance Festival 2010. Currently Filoi is the dance development officer for Pacific Dance NZ and oversees the Artist in Residence programme and the Pacific Dance Fono and Choreographic Lab.
