OneMusic licenses the dance community for the public performance of music within APRA and Recorded Music NZ’s (RMNZ) repertoire.
Many of you will hold this license which enables you to use the repertoire that APRA and RMNZ represent in your teaching.
The OneMusic Dance Instruction licence would not normally cover the use of music in classes which are live-streamed, but because of COVID-19 and forced business closures OneMusic has been able to - for a limited period until the end of September 2020 – extend the Dance Instruction Licence to include the use of music in classes conducted over a live-stream.
