WCS is a lead-follow partner dance with roots in Lindy Hop. It has evolved to a smooth elastic look and is danced to slower blues and chart music. The dance allows both partners to improvise while dancing together and allows unparalleled freedom of expression. swingFX is the longest running dance school teaching only West Coast Swing in Auckland, New Zealand. It is operated by a group of dancers who are passionate (addicted actually) to West Coast Swing. Your teachers' aim is to get you feeling great on the dance floor as soon as possible.
